We take a sample from the water of the city, chiller, and boiler, along with other tests to examine for :

*PH

*CL

*Hardens

*SO3 (for Boiler only)

*Alkalinity

We take a sample weekly for microbiological examinations :

*M.P.N

*T.B.C

*Coli form

Hygienic Examination:

*Fingerprint from workers.

*Swabs from each place and machine

Vegetables frozen Examination :

One or more samples daily

* T.B.C*Mould &Yeast*Coli form*E. Coli*Staph aurous
